Refunds and Cancellation Policy
1. Refunds
Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are damaged or incorrect. To initiate a return, please contact us at kagaz2023@gmail.com or call us at +91 93131-59102. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
2. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they have been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at kagaz2023@gmail.com or call us at +91 93131-59102. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, custom-made products, and any items marked as non-refundable are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Exchange Policy
If you have received damaged products, broken, or missing then Within 3 days you have to share videos/photos of damaged product so we can refund/exchange. Items are only refundable if the product is damaged or broken. Opening video is compulsory for refund/exchange.
